Birria is a traditional Mexican beef dish slow-braised in a rich blend of dried chillies, spices and herbs until the meat becomes tender and deeply flavourful. The cooking process creates a savoury, slightly smoky sauce that is bold, juicy and comforting, often enjoyed with tortillas or noodles.

Rendang is a traditional Southeast Asian beef dish slow-cooked in coconut milk, aromatic spices and herbs such as lemongrass, galangal and chilli. The long cooking process allows the meat to become tender while the sauce thickens and caramelises, creating a deep, rich and fragrant flavour that is savoury, slightly spicy and intensely comforting.

Tulang Merah is a popular Singaporean-Malay beef bone stew known for its vibrant red gravy made from chillies, spices and tomatoes. The beef is simmered until soft and infused with a sweet-spicy, savoury sauce that is thick, hearty and intensely flavourful, making it a comforting and indulgent dish.
